Hi, I am trying to find out the s-parameters of the ATF-36077 HEMT
transistor using ADS. The transistor can be placed in a schematic and
simulated to find the measured s-parameters.
The data sheet says that the transistor is usually set up with Z0 = 50ohms,
Vds = 1.5V, Ids = 10mA and Vgs = -0.2V.
I am unsure as how to set up the transistor so I can measure the
s-parameters. The transistor is as shown

i should mention this is for a low noise amplifier design for 12GHz. If
there are any basic design steps I am not thinking of please let me know!!
