Help with Panasonic tv

Not sure if this is in the right thread but any help would be much appreciated. I work in a residential home and our panasonic txp42x50b has broken twice one day it works fine then the next the power won't come on. This has happened twice in 4 months since purchasing and it being in a care home is frustrating to the clients. I have changed the fuses and tried other appliances in the plugs which work fine. Last time it went for repairs it was away for 6 weeks and without a tv the clients became rather bored so what is wrong with the tv?

Im not sure about where you are but here in MA if you buy a product and it dies 3 times in the first year, you get your money back or a brand new one, I would say contact Panasonic and use the argument that you want it fixed for free, and a temporary TV in the meantime
I would not recommend voiding the warranty (typically 1 year on new electronics) just to fix it faster
