Help with key lock on lg tv

I have an LG TV. The manual keys would switch by themselves so I turned on the key lock. Problem is the key lock message pops up often and is quite annoying. How can I turn the message off?

Do whatever you did to turn the key lock on, but turn it off instead.

I turned it on (the key lock) in order to stop the tv making changes on its own. Apparently the manual keys are malfunctioning. Now it stays in place but the tv still tries to switch via the manual keys. Trouble is now the key lock message comes on.

turning the keylock on produces that msg ... nothing you can do about that ... it's in the programming of the TV

your only other choice is to fix the faulty manual keys
