Clearly some instability on the regulated HT rail. probably a failing cap or
similar,
My advice get a technician to fix it now before the HOT dies.

Because there is a problem in your tv of unknown brand or model.
Time to take it into an experience servicer to troubleshoot the set and
determine what the failure is and how much it will cost to repair.

How do you expect anyone to help you if you don't even mention the brand,
much less the model and chassis number of your TV?

Please remember a good tutor will ask the right questions to get this guy to
tell the whole story.

Now lets try again what make and model is this set?
When did you first notice the problem?
Was there anything different about this tv before this fault appeared
(thunderstorms etc!)??

Bill

If it started two weeks ago why are you still using it? Fix it before it
fries completely.
