Hi, I am trying to find replacement transistors and while I can find other brands of the transistor, I have been asked to get the original ones. The logo is virtually identical to the Mercedes three legged circle, the transistors are all bc*** types.
I have never seen these before, and looked at all current manufacturers logo's to no avail.

    Many thanks.

davenn's right, not enough info, a picture would help. You've described potentially a
lot of different manufacturers. My experience is 'BC' prefix is usually European mfgr.
Who knows, maybe Mercedez actually had some devices made with their logo on them.
We don't know where you're at, or what these go into.
My company also usually wants orginal mfgr replacements, trying to eliminate counterfeits,
so I know about that quandry.
