Help needed with a levitating speaker (its not levitating !!)

Hi I recently was given an ASWY levitating bluetooth speaker system, Great wee gadget has a base which can also charge items through USB point and a bluetooth speaker which hovers above the base . Only problem is mine does not hover !!. Its basically magnets which are in base and speaker and this causes the speaker to float. On mine it looks like one side of the magnets are either not as strong or something else as one side of speaker just drops onto base it will not hover, This is inside of base unit , Does anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong, is it fixable and could anyone point me in direction of where it could be repaired , Willing to pay of course thanks

Looks like there are 4 button magnets on the base. If these are easily removable, try reversing the magnet on the side that drops.
