    Hi,
I'm interested in constructing a star tracking unit like the one in these links.
See the photos of the motor and circuit board.

However, I don't know anything about steppers and their driver circuits.

The creator of this unit has an extra motor for me, but not the associated electronics nor a schematic. His unit has a DIP switch for various settings. I don't think I need that. I only need that motor to turn it's output shaft at 5 rpm, (not sure which direction yet), and I want it to use a similar quartz timer.

Is it possible that something like this to drive this motor is for sale or would I have to construct one myself? If I had a schematic and parts list I might be able to put it together myself.

Can anyone please offer any suggestions or options?
    Thanks
