Help needed to decipher the pinouts

    I have got the pin outs, here they are, could you please help me
    build this cable

    Uh, yeah, if you feel like sending it to Whittier. I get $15.00/hr
    for simple assembly work like that, plus you pay shipping and
    supplies, and you provide all your parts.

    The cables, (witha different connectors) are easily available fom most
    computer parts vendors.
    The specific connectors can be bought from DigiKey, Mouser, Jameco(?),
    Allied, Newark, and others.
    Look on the web.
