If you want helpful answers, give us helpul information in the first place:
    - What exactly do you intend to do?
    - How do you do it (toolchain, tools etc.)?
    - What are the expected results?
    - What were the real results?
    - Where are the differences?
    - Did you try any standard test before you started your own project (e.g. get a read-made demo running)?

Since the board is fabricated, I assume it was tested by the manufacturer before shipping. Therefore it should be operational (unless you damaged it during your first steps). So I suggest you concentrate on the software side of the problem. Do you realize that there is a free forum on the Free-RTOS site where you are much more likely to find answers?
Remember to be specific. You won't get an answer to "It doesn't work". People on that forum, too, will need detailed information.
