help me about tvs diode test circuit

I want to test transient voltage suppressor(tvs) diode in standdard iec

now i want to find breakdown voltage by inject a constant current 1ma to the tvs diode in 400 ms (pulse) and use dmm to read a breakdown voltage help me pls about circuit

I have one. What will you be testing that isn't shown on the datasheets? Or is this a learning experience (which is a perfectly valid reason).
