Help IDing so SM bits

    On my blown up dragon I/F for Atmel devices....
    11a7 sot23
    1Ft 6 pin
    13t 6 pin

    the last 2 are possibly n/p fets....

    may help.

    Mine only has two SOT-32 devices, one labeled "t1A 97" (with the 97
    vertical) near the pin headers and one "304PV" by the ATMega2560. Might
    help with crossing the part. Board rev is hmmm probably A09-0062/09.

    Thanks, but the aplomb stuf is not relevant in this case as it's more
    serious than a blown regulator.
