i dont found any data sheet for this smps transformer can any one help me

That looks like the label from a switch-mode power supply rather than a label for a transformer.

I don't think they belong together.

Its written as 50/60 hz , but a switch mode transformer operates at higher frequency , so check again

More significantly, it is unlikely that a transformer will be described as 100-240V 1.8 - 0.8A

Replace the word transformer with psu and it makes sense (a little anyway).
The label is the model number (& input spec's) of an obsolete 72W Artesyn smpsu. These labels are often affixed to the transformer &/or input capacitor &/or heatsinks.
The o/p has obviously unsoldered the transformer from the psu, thereby making it (even) harder to figure out the spec's of the transformer. 7660 denotes the output spec's.
As can be seen in this picture of a similar 65W psu from the same mfg. the (proprietary) transformer number is on the yellow tape on the side of the transformer.
