    Hi
I am making the schematics from a robot toy my son has ( please, do
not ask why :) ). I am trying to find out what 2 chips are.

First, is a MCU (for sure) - but I don't know the make and model. It
is a 16 pin SOIC 150mil, with Vcc on pin1 and GND on pin 2. Reset is
on pin 5, pin 3 is tied through a 47k resistor to Vcc, and pin 9 tied
trough a 10k resistor to GND.
The 15 and 12 pin are from the outside system SDA and SCL respectivly
    (I2C).
the 16, 14, 11 and 10 pins are going to some other subsystem. Pins 4,
    7, 8 and 13 are not connected.

Second, is a Flash memory chip (twice, in two different
configurations). No markings. It is a 20 pin SOIC 300 mil, with Vcc on
pin 16 and GND on pin 2 and 19 (I don't knoe wich one is the real
GND). Pin 1, 3 and 17 are going to the previous MCU (pins 11,10 and 14
respect.). These settings are common to bothe implementations. Now the
    differences: Ver.1 pin 3 has a pull-down (100k), pin 4 goes to the
same MCU (pin 16) and pin 18 is tied up to GND; Ver.2 has pin 18 tied
    up to Vcc.

It is unfortunate that I cannot attach the scematics that I have, but
if anyone thinks it will help, I have it. Just let me know and I'll
    send it to you.

I will realy appreciate any help in the matter.
    Regards
    Bogdan
