surface mount devices like that are notoriously difficult to identify

often the same markings can stand for different devices from different manufacturers

a possible one....

BC847C SOT-23 1G/47C
BC847CT SOT-523 1G
BC847CW SOT-323 1G

same device, 3 slight variations in the package, all similar to your drawing

Note the 1G is significant, the lower case "t" prefix may indicate a manufacturer ?
