I have a Tenma 72-6820 100Mhz scope that I knocked out channel one on by not having the unit I was testing plugged into an isolation transformer. (Yeh I know) Can't find a schematic so I comparied voltage on the two channels and I found the voltage to be off on two SMD parts. I need to locate a Y34= 2SA1462 and a K52= 2SK508. Any idea where to find them.. I have found so far are sites where you have to request a quote for parts, and I have not heard back. Any good cross reference for these?

My experience in SMD parts is the vast majority are now made in China, and nobody
wants to sell one or two because they're so inexpensive. Suppliers usually want you
    to buy in quantity.
Any possibility of getting the parts directly from TENMA, or some repair shop that
    repairs TENMA gear?
