Help: Datasheet Acronyms

I work on a ship, and internet or cell signal can sketchy, I have been Googling datasheets and guides to datasheets, and I've come across another setback, I need a acronym guide to go with the datasheet tutorial so that I can understand the data sheets.
Does anyone know of a an Acronym glossary / reference manual?

Sorry Gentalmen; I was vague now that I think about my post. I am an electrician on an industrial ship, semiconductors was a theoretical class better than 20 years ago. I'm playing catch up.
Attached is a datasheet for an cd4001/cd4011 IC.
Most of the acronyms I can figure out. I did learn Vss is ground, took a few days. But what does the SS represent. And what is the difference between VCC & VDD, and what do they represent?
Ive been watching a lot of youtube at home and searching for glossaries.
Can you enhance my search efforts?

It all started with transistors...
Vss = voltage , source, source.
vdd = voltage, drain, drain...
vcc too.. = collector, collector
Don't forget vbe too.. But I am not allowed to mention vbe!!!!

Seriously, when at home, Google each and read..I just did, So thank you..
