    Good Morning forum people.

I'm Scott, I live in Plymouth and tend to play about with Electronics learning as I go.

My knowledge of electronics is limited and reading some of your build threads I'm lacking a great deal. One of the reasons I thought I'd join, to learn a bit more and get some help with an idea I have.
Hopefully giving some back in time.

Couple of things I've build in the past.
    • Duel colour LED display for my BMW, red during the day and blue at night.
    • Converted a BMW window switch to start the car and open the boot.
    • Shutter remote for my DSLR with 3.5mm jack to add in manual controls, IR controls or timer controls. I was going to build more but lost interest.
    • Auto Dinker switcher for my 1975 juke box. I need to fix the credit computer on this jukebox as well, it blow a couple of resisters.

Couple of ideas I got for the future are for my A4.
    • Automatic boot opening and closing.
    • A selection of lights in the boot lid so I can see what I'm doing and warn people its open. Needs a bit more thought about this one. Not 100% sure on it at the moment.
    • Coming home lights.
    • Bumper camera system. This is the first project I need help with. I'll do a post in the correct section.

    That's me and my projects.

I'm off to look at what else you people have been building.
