    Can anyone please give me the Heavy Ion model of Sentaurus TCAD? I am not getting any effect from my device from below-given Heavy Ion model:

    Location=(@[email protected],0)
    Time=1.0e-13
    Length=10
    Wt_hi=0.1
    [email protected]@
    Exponential
    PicoCoulomb )
