Heat sensor circuit

I need help designing a heat sensor circuit which will produce a sound and visual alarm once activated. It needs to include a holding circuit which will allow automatic resetting at low temperature. The visual and sound alarm needs to switch on/off every 2-3 seconds. Thanks in advance.

This is an electrical engineering form. What kinds of things would an electrical engineer need to know before discussing the details of a circuit's design?

What is the on temperature?
What is the off temperature?
What do you mean by holding circuit?
What is the alarm (tiny little piezo beeper or 1000 W air raid siren)?
What is the power source for the circuit?
Where will the circuit reside? Indoors, outdoors, in direct sunlight, in arctic cold, in salt water spray...?
What are your skills in circuit design or assembly?
Is this a one-off or a production item? Work or home project?
