    Hi
I have sacks of sawdust to get rid of from my workshop - Is there a
practical way of getting heta from it for my greenhouse & maybe the home? -I
thought of maybe producing gas from it but am not sure how to go about it.
    thanks

If you are already burning wood, scattering handfuls of it onto the fire
whenever you walk by is about the easiest method. Commercial producers
of sawdust will compress it into fuel pellets for pellet stoves. I have no idea

if that is practical on a small scale. You can also use it in your garden and
landscaping as a ground cover in the fall.

You could mix it with a bit of petroleum like an artificial log

But do be careful!,I've heard sawdust can be explosive, similar to grain
    dust,etc.

you could also invest in a presto log machine and make logs from it
