I have win 7 64 Bit and I use Audacity.

I am looking for a good Headset to Listen to Music and one with a Microphone.

I found Logitech H390 but some of what they say is not so good.

    I need a Mic that has a FREQ of 100Hz to 10kHz
And I want the Headphones to have a FREQ. of 20hZ to 20kHz

And yes the H390 has these specs.

But if you what YouTube people say they do not give or play good Audio.

But I love that they say the Headphone Cups Rotate.

I want a good Solid kind with these specs.
    Can anyone help?
I will be making PodCast as well.

    Thanks to all.

A mic with a frequency response of 100Hz to 10kHz and headphones to have a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz are meaningless unless you specify the level range. There might be huge peaks in the level causing a boomy bass and shrieking highs. The midrange might have a very low level. Or the midrange might be peaked and the highs and low are almost not there like an old telephone. A level range of plus and minus 3dB is pretty good and plus and minus 20dB is horrible. The amount of distortion is also required and 0.1% is good, 10% is horrible.
Logitech has some cheap poor quality audio products. The H390 headphones are fairly cheap so you can guess how they sound.
