Have PV cells how to make panel?

This will be my 1st solar project. Does anyone have any good website
recommendations on how to make PV panels if you have PV cells. Or what not
to do. I have good soldering skills. It will be about 75 watts (hopefully).

I have 36 cells that are 5 7/8" x 3 1/8" that are the standard size but
some are cracked I got them off E-bay .

The no load voltage is .55 and together its 3.5 amp. I would like the panel
to be extremely waterproof and maintainable in case I have to take it apart
for repair. Down the road I see the need for the charger, battery and
inverter.
