had a question about switches.
I'd like to use a switch on my guitar to give me two options. I'd
like the signal from a pickup to either go directly to the output or
with a switch change the path so that it runs through the tone and
volume pot. I was thinking I could use a spdt switch with the common
being the pickup signal and having "a" the path that goes directly to
output and "b" the path through the tone and volume. Does this sound
like it could work? And if not, is a dpdt switch more appropriate,
how would that be wired?
Also, does anyone know of a place on the internet that has examples of
the old audio hobbying newsletter "electronotes" as like a pdf or
something similar?
Many thanks for both questions,
PAUL
