Please try to understand for who starting with a new a concrete project, where the certifications are restrictive and you are stay under them.

Well, Googling told me you're referring to IEC testing & measurement.
REO in the UK works to those specs (as well as a lot of other sites you can check)
Just Google them, and you should be able to find what you need (and you'll find lots
of links to check).

No pay for google search. Expansive cost to get from all site. FYI all EN block guidance signed cost around 2500€. Only? Wao!
