Good (Cheap) Schematic/ PCB design Package

Hi,

I am looking for a good schematic and PCB Design tool. At university I used
Ivex Windraft and WinBoard, but to buy it now would be very expensive. I
have been using a sharware version of Auto TRAX EDA
(http://www.autotraxeda.com/), but it seemes very bugy and has verious
anoying features. Another one I've seen is PCB Wizard 3 from
www.new-wave-concepts.com. If anyone knows of a good quality, cheap (Idealy
<£30/$60) package I would apreciate any sugestions.
