Can anyone recommend a dictionary of PCB / EDA terms? Things like:
via, route, layer, etc.

Go go http://www.google.com and put in this line:

+glossary +PCB +via +route +layer

I see lots of good relevant hits on the first page. Also, replacing
PCB with EDA gives more good hits.
