General computer monitor troubleshooting question.

Help please. I am an electronics tech but have never messed with
computer monitors or tv's. I have a schematic for the monitor but
don't completely understand some of the symbols.

According to the troubleshooting guide, I look for a high on pin 6
(74ls273) chip labeled (PMGT1) and a low on pin 9 (PMGT3). I have the
low but not the high on pin 6. The schematic shoots off with an arrow
on pin 6 but I haven't found where to yet (its a very small
schematic).

Does PMGT1 suppose to mean something?

Main problem is no picture. Also, don't get the "click" of the hv
relay. Don't know what made it go out. No storms going on when unit
went black. Do have the green power light in front.

Any help would be appreciated.

The schematic labels this chips and a couple others as the "logic
circuit".

Thanks,
Rut

You could try looking for any cold solder joints, especially around the power
supply section, the vertical drive section, and the horizontal drive section.

Hopefully, that's all that's wrong. - Reinhart

I can't say for sure but your PMGT1 and 3 probably stands for Power
management
