frequency jamming

    I would like to know if a jamming device exists that can be adjusted to jam the frequency of subwoofers that are used in the thunderous speaker boxes that are so popular and if so, is it legal to own one and use it? Thanks

    There is no frequency used for subwoofers, they are hard wired...

    Jammers are illegal in almost all areas of the world...

    That's not totally true, they are illegal when they will affect large areas and potentially cause harm, but you can install a jammer anywhere on your property so long as it does not affect anyone else negatively here in MA. It also depends on the type of jammer, radar jammers for example are technically illegal in the US

    Yes such a devices exist, they can usually be found under names such as ear defenders or noise cancelling earphones etc.
