Good idea. Do you know how to Google? What types of electronic products and circuits are you interested in?

The best place to start, is learning how to power LEDs without using online calculators.
This will give you some insight into a couple of key formulas you will need.
Voltage = Current * Resistance,
Power = Voltage * Current.

Once you can do this, learn how to control them with a transistor.

These two steps will get you the starting skills to get rolling in almost any project.

what do you mean with current?
and do you think I should start new topic for learning?

well I'm new and all what I want is to learn any thing about circuit so right now I don't have specific circuit or electronic products I prefer.
I used to fix transistor radio, iron, chargers, speakers, such a simple circuit
I want to learn more

;)
This is why starting at the very first step is important.
Highschool Physics classes help.

Voltage is measured in Volts.
Current, or Amperage is measured in Amps.
The total power of something is calculated by multiplying the voltage by the current.

Up to you. Ideally, you'll start a new thread for a new project, or for a new question.
(New threads are not created for new questions if they are for the same project)

No need to say sorry.
You will run into this a few times. People have a tendency to use the words they are familiar with to describe things.
Similar to someone telling me to learn 'Engine X' ... they were referring to nginx.
I didn't know the pronunciation and got confused.
