My treadmill wiring diagram is attached. The motor is fine and there is power to the top console. The console lights up but does not start the machine. I don't need all the gimmicks including the incline. I was thinking if I could just patch a potentiometer to start it and regulate the speed. What wires coming out of the top console would I attach to the pot? Thanks!!!

The MC2100 is a PWM controller, I have a few PDF's on it but can't upload on this site as files are too large.
If you P.M. me an email address I can sent them.

    Sir Barney . . . . .

    RE . . . . . . .MC2100 controller board

MOTOR SPEED CONTROL VIA POTENTIOMETER ADJUSTMENT:

Check out Doug’s post of 9:27 AM of Nov 2, 2015, for his demo VIDEO of an operating MOTOR unit and the circuitry being used . . . . . . NO Arduino nor bang-bang coding involved . . . . just PWM driver circuitry.
