fet multimeter

I have a micronta multimeter 206,but the j fet had burn out. I can not find out the Sharp 3001 original J fet to repair it .I had use the fm 1008. 2n598 ,nte 461.etc. it just works a little time.then the j fet leaking , the multimeter became low moving. i found that the fet have the j switch fet that is diferrent with j fet. please any one can help me to find out the correct part for the J fet.Thanks.

Do you have a schematic diagram for the multimeter? Can you post it?
