FET audio attenuator

    Somewhere I ran across a circuit diagram for an audio attenuator using
    one pot, two fets, and (i think) several resistors.
    I lost it.
    Is anyone familiar with this?
    Do you have the diagram, or know where I can find it, please let me
    know.
