    can any body give me details of factors related to thermal satbility of
    transistor...

    Were you thinking of bipolar junction transistors?
    Perhaps you should be more specific.

    You should have asked on sci.electroncis.basics. Here you may get
    answers that are so exhaustive that you will be exhausted.

    Factors:

    Material (germanium, silicon, gallium arsenide...);

    Leakage current (collector current with base and emitter short-
    circuited);

    DC resistance in the base circuit;

    Ambient temperature;

    Collector power dissipation under operating conditions;

    Maximum instantaneous collector to emitter voltage;

    Some other factors that usually have only a small effect.
