Exercise Bike Computer doesn't work

Hello, I bought a used, broken Exercise Bike for trying to repair it. The previous owner said that it just stopped working all of the sudden. I opened it up, saw bloated capacitors, replaced them but still nothing. Later, I gave the computer 5V and it worked. I have no Idea how to fix it.

To give it 5V i needed a stripped USB cable with a 5V adapter...

I am reviving this post , because I still didn't find a solution for fixing it. I found out this trainer bike is called "Crane Power S7" and was only sold in germany.
