I eyeballed the resources link, looked for a FAQ, searched the forum ...

I am new to playing with this stuff so maybe this is a simple question.

Can someone recommend a source for a simple enclosure that has flexible board mounting options? I have a circuit board that's about 8" x 3" (211mm x 75mm) with four apparently random mounting holes. As far as I can tell they don't conform to any real standard. Two are 154.94 mm apart and the other two are 200.66mm apart ... and they're offset too. Almost as if their positions were determined by throwing darts.

It's an x10i USB control board:

Here's the board schematic showing the mounting holes:

It needs room for a small power supply (12V delivered via a simple 4-pin computer molex / AMP MATE-N-LOK cable), perhaps a small fan, and not much else. Doesn't need to be weatherproof as it'll only be used indoors.

I don't need much coming out of the enclosure - USB, a RS232 serial connector, and a couple other i/o cables. I'd like something as small and compact as possible ... a small form factor computer case would work but I'd like smaller.

Surely, somewhere there's some company that has 782,387 different generic plastic or metal enclosures for sale in every possible size with convenient online ordering. Where should I start looking?

Thank you.

Google electronic enclosures and companies like Hammond, Bud, Serpac and Okwen immediately appear.

For seemingly random hole locations, either stand offs through the case floor or on an adapter plate are the usual methods.
