can anybody help me out with my circuit. i am designing an emitter follower for driving a load which is a coil mounted on a ferrite core. i have taken vcc= 12v and re=50ohms, rb=50 ohms. i have tested the circuit, but what is happening is ve is equal to the input whereas i suppose that it should have been almost half of the input. plz help me.
    thanks in advance.

Without a schematic, my expectation is that the voltage across Re will be 0.7 volts less that the voltage between ground and the base of the transistor (i.e Vbe will be 0.7V)
