Hi Group, Can someone help please, I have an Advance instrument
Oscilloscope ser#02123, that is giving a fat beam, about 3/8 of an
inch thick, I tried to adjust the astig. and thats about all I can
reduce it to. so, any info on this matter will be taken seriously, and
you will be rewarded with my sincere gratitude, thanks, Stan.

You may be having problems with the focus circuit,
usually a moderately high voltage applied to a focus grid on the CRT.
Got a HV probe and a schematic?

I don't have a probe or schematics, I trace the leads to the
    astig.pot, and I got 165v, to high...?

We can't pull this stuff out of our asses.
    You need manufacturer's data.
