i am currently doing a project on multiple fuel injection in auto
engines.i would like to get some information on my subject including
basic ideas and practical requirements.i also want to know how to
achieve maximum efficiency using electronic fuel injection.any kind of
    help is appreciated...thanks

This is terribly vague. What don't you know? Do you know how to design,
build, and program a microprocessor circuit? Do you know if the injectors
will be solenoid-driven, or some other technique? Do you know about PWM?
Do you know about power MOSFETs? Do you know about the automotive electrical

Ths simplest answer is, interrupt your microprocessor at some repeatable
time during the timing cycle, and adjust pulse width, duty cycle, and
delay until you get the best efficiency.

    Good Luck!
  3. Check this out, I've watched this project for about a year or so though
not too much lately as the car I was going to "squirt" had a
transmission failure so that project is now on hold. The megasquirt is
getting to be pretty good at it's capabilities.

Too bad that it is unreliable from 165C and higher...
  5. That's why you put it inside the passenger compartment, just like the
auto manufacturers. I really don't see that as a problem for a DIY

In all but the most rudimentary systems, software-based 3-dimensional mapping
is involved, and few hackers will get that far...
