Anyone know of a good source for Electroluminescent panels that has off the
shelf inventory and will sell smaller qtys of the stuff?

Seems every thing I encounter are manufacturer sites that have no info on
product availability...how to buy...etc.

Any "click to buy" websites for material?

I've checked Newark, Digi-key and all the rest.

I've checked Newark, Digi-key and all the rest.

Digikey used to list the Panasonic EL panel materials, but now they
are "non-stock"/"obsolete" items and not in their printed catalog. Still on
the website (although the minimum order of 100 puts it way out of a hobbyist
project), e.g.:
