Efficient video TX?

  1. Hi guys,

    From your vast collective knowledge, please could you recommend a video
    transmitter with the following characteristics:

    * very low power consumption (<70mA), ideally running at below 7.4volts
    * small size
    * transmits mono audio and colour video
    * transmits outside the spectrum used by WiFi (802.11b/g uses 2401-2483
    MHz). In practice I guess this means the video tx must use either 800Mhz,
    1400Mhz, 2300Mhz or 5800Mhz. It must be legal for use in the UK. What I'm
    after is a video TX that uses a "quiet" part of the spectrum. 2.4GHz
    certainly aint quiet (wifi, digital cordless phones, microwaves, AV
    * available in the UK
    * costs less than 150 UK pounds
    * comes with a compatible RX which also has very low power consumption.

  2. I only need to transmit about 20meters.
