EEG amp with serial ADC?

Can anyone point me to a circuit diagram for a single channel EEG type
biopotential amplifer that incorporates a serial ADC?

I've never seen a composite unit, I use AD625 etc plus a 16 bit or
higher ADC. A few years ago I used the MAX1401 for a similar task. It
has a PGA, 3 fully differential input channels plus additional offset
and calibration channels.
