Hi electronics addicts,
I have trouble being installing eclipse 3.2 based ARM PRE-COMPILED SDK from Amontec on windows:

I choose it to have a free ready to go solution.
Unfortunately I already have the following warning before running anything:
Error launching external scanner info generator (gcc -E -P -v -dD C:/Users/Olivier/workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.cdt.make.core/specs.c)
I really don't have ANY skills on how to build up such an environment.
I want to be focused on learning the C programming and the TCP/IP stack implementation not on environment set-up.
googling give few indications but don't seems to match with my environment.
So i am glad to ear any advice to solve this! Thanks,
