DSX500i microscope industrial

Hi, We have been facing an issue with DSX 500i olympus microscope. There is no vision in the olympus software the image is all blur, could you please help? We tried moving the stage but it doesn't work, we downloaded software and reinstalled it, nothing seems to work. Please let us know is you know anything regarding this thanks

That tells us nothing.Are you using Windows ? What version software ? I would contact Olympus. Did you pay the license fee?
