I have been looking at the event logs of my DSC832 panel. Using the DLS2002
software, I get great detail on all the events. But I don't understand
certain descriptions, and I don't know where to find the explanation.

    For example....
    - Special closing
    - Partial closing
    - Police code
    - Installer lead out & DLS lead out - what's the difference?

Where can I find more complete descriptions?

special closing mean a closing by a diiferent way the entering the 4 digit
code at the the 2 arming button on the keypas (away and stay)
arming with zone bypassed..(or home away)
    code sent to the central
installer lead in and lead out mean some one did *8 then installer code from
the keypad..(thats for lead in) and lead out is when they go out of
    programing mode

DLS lead in and lead out is when you connect and disconnect from the pc link
or from the phone line with that DLS 2002 software
    is that complete enough?

Arming with Stay or Away buttons.

    Arming with a zone bypassed.

This code is sent when two or more burglary zones are tripped within a
    specified time.

Installer programming mode vs. a downloading connection.

    RTFM ;-)
