HI all I am looking for a DSC PL3000 keypad. Any thoughts on where I could find this?

The words 'burglar alarm' would be easy enough to write - we aren't all familiar with product coding....

either way it looks to be proprietary equipment therefore OEM supply only.

Have you a particular issue with the existing keypad? Or is it physical damage? Poor contact issues can be resolved by dismantling and cleaning.

What connections is it between the keypad and circuit board (ribbon cable, plug/socket etc)?

Can you short two of those connections together to 'force' a key entry condition? This would eliminate the keypad/ribbon/whatever if you CAN'T get the keypress condition to activate anything.
