Have a Sanyo DS31590 in shop that runs just fine unless turned off.
Try to re-start and nothing happens when push power. Checked 12 volt
supply and it is 0 volts in standby when not working. When it does
work this voltage is appx. 7 to 8 volts DC. Then when power is pushed
the volts go to 12 volts as long as set is on.Then when off volts die
to 0 . Have checked many parts and find none defective.Subbed chopper
xistor and 130 volt reg ic . No help. Checked R603 100k resistor from
supply to bridge output etc. and ok. Any thoughts or help would be
appreciated.
