does anyone know were i can get a workable copy of the download software for
an ademco vista-10 alarm panel.

this system is commonly used by ADT (Another Doomed Territory)

The fact that you mention "ADT" in your request leads me to suspect that the
system is private labelled for them... In this particulary instance the
downloading software isn't going to do you any good. ADT's Vista 10 is
different from that available through ADI's distribution network (which is
what most alarm companies and dealers have access to). I'd check first
before ordering any software.

A Vista 10 is so easy to program by the keypad. All you need is the
programming sheet and the steps to get into the panel. I suspect an ADT
version will be nearly the same, probably only the addition of ADT custom
dialer software (which they don't even really use much anymore). Many ADT
panels can be changed to Contact ID if they are not already sending it.
Maybe Robert Bass can help you, but I know that Ademco frowns on end users
having this information...
