    390 Ohms is the standard value closest tothat

    there may be a metal film series closer I am not sure

    do a google search on resistor value series

    Yes !
    Put a high resistance parallel to the 390 Ohm mentioned above. (good task: calculate the value)

    When you are dealing with +/- 5% resistors as you are in most applications 390 Ohm is close enough...
