    heres my tester for high voltage diodes and capacitors(tests leds too)

    You seem to have far more diodes than necessary.

    Why not simply place the 2 LEDs in anti-parallel and dispense with all the other diodes? The forward voltage of the LED will always be less than the reverse breakdown, so the other diodes are not necessary.

    Connecting a charged capacitor to the test points could cause excessive current to flow through the LEDs, so you need to be careful about that.
