1. Addition is very important in arithmetic operation with signed numbers. Why ?? Briefly explain your answer using substraction operation

How to answer this ? What is the point that can be given ?

2. Get the binary form of these two decimal numbers ; 100 and 25.Then show the details of dividing 100 by -25 in binary

I am very confused in this calculation.

Can guide me ? 25 in signed binary is 00011001 so then -25 is 11100111. So when divide 100 by -25, I add 100(01100100) to 2nd complement of -25 which is 00011001 right ? I am confused here. Please help

1) subtraction = addition of negative complemenmt
